Projects
Most often the key to a professional renovation is not to make something look new, but to make it look as if it has always been there. This was the case for one of our most recent projects, where the original back patio was transformed into a fully enclosed sunroom. The walls were framed in, sheetrocked, and painted with new windows and a half-light door. Tile was installed to give the room a more formal appearance than the concrete patio. The brick and gutters were seamlessly integrated into the existing exterior. The rest of the exterior siding was given a fresh coat of paint, including the property's barn. A custom pergola was built to cover the remaining patio and the space was finished with a polycarbonate roof system.
This project just wrapped and the finished product is stunning! The client was converting a space in a premium outlet mall into a luxury retail store and knew that BlueLine Construction & Remodeling was the right fit for the job! This was a full renovation from floor to ceiling. From the polished concrete to the space spanning fixtures, every inch of this space was immaculately refinished.
When the owners of this stately property realized their siding had been improperly installed, they called BlueLine Construction & Remodeling to make sure the job was done right. After replacing the incorrectly installed siding, the exterior was completely power washed and the home was given a fresh coat of paint. a new roof and gutters were also put on. This home was given a refresh that will keep the exterior looking pristine and staying undamaged!
This built in was converted from a storage cabinet to a desk to accommodate the needs of our client's growing children. It was painted to match the existing trim and cabinetry. A problem our client's often run across when remodeling their homes is not being able to match older or discontinued flooring. We were able to custom fabricate and stain flooring to match in the underside of this desk. To complete this project, the entire room was given a fresh coat of paint.

This back patio extension took our client's yard from an underutilized space to a functional living space the entire family can enjoy. We extended the concrete slab, built out the covered patio to match, and then added recessed lighting to bring this project the finishing touch it needed!
This client wanted to turn an unused corner of their home into a unique display for their wine. The glass wall running inside of the curved archway gives this curated collection a touch of elegance and ensures the safety of some of their priceless bottles. The custom built wine rack and shelving around the windows provide the perfect mode of storage and display for any size collection.
The exterior of this barndominium underwent a huge refresh, starting with the addition of two windows. Then the exterior walls were given a fresh coat of paint. We replaced sections of the roof that had rust and small leaks with panels made to match. The entire roof was then given a rubberized silicon coating to return it to its former glory and prevent any further issues. The roof of main house was given the same coating, to ensure that the whole property was updated and leak-proof!
From dark and outdated to light and modern, this bathroom got a major update! This freestanding tub is now the focal point of this gorgeous bathroom, and was accomplished without having to remove the existing custom details!
The perfect way to keep enjoying your backyard through the end of summer and in to fall is by adding on more usable space! This gorgeous outdoor addition began by extending the concrete slab. Then we laid a modern hexagonal tile to make it feel more like a refined living area. The pergola with brick wrapped columns that covers the area finished off this backyard addition.
Replacing carpet in your main living areas can be such a drastic transformation, but it is sometimes difficult to find a material that complements your existing flooring. These clients loved their existing tile, so rather than tearing everything out, BlueLine Construction & Remodeling was able to help them find a contemporary flooring option in the same color family. We love the way this wood look tile brings a new element to this home!
This stunning outdoor living area was in desperate need of a refresh. We started by removing any and all damaged boards and installing new decking. This was followed by a fresh coat of paint for the entire deck. This backyard oasis is ready for entertaining!
